Huskies hopefuls took to the ice September 9, 10 and 11th at the North Peace Arena.  The pups first exhibition game is on Friday September 16 against the Dawson Creek Junior Canucks in Dawson Creek.   Saturday night brings the Junior Canucks to Fort St John to the North Peace Arena.  Game time for both games is 8 PM.

Tryouts for the Fort St John Huskies 2011 - 2012 season will take place September  9 - 11, 2011.  The tryouts will be held at the North Peace Arena at 7:00 PM each day.  Cost is $75 per skater. Huskies win in Fort St John over Beaverlodge by a score of 8 - 2.  Scoring for the Huskies were Kole Norris and Cody Hildebrand each with 2, Dylan Apsassin, John Wayne Howes, Cole Calliou andBrighton Campbell with one each. 

Friday night in Beaverlodge the Huskies did not fair so well - they lost 11 - 4.  Scoring for the Huskies were Jaxon Glass, Robbie Sidhu, Dyaln Apsassin and Cash Brinkworth.

The Huskies came out flying Wednesday night at the NP Arena and beat the Junior Canucks 6 - 3.  Scoring for the pups were Brighton Campbell, Cole Calliou, Chris Sperling, Cody Hildebrand, Jaxon Glass and Connor Rose.  Great effort by the whole team.

The Huskies next see action on Saturday night in Whitecourt.
