The Fort John Huskies did their annual food run for the Salvation Army Sunday December 4th.  Thank You to everyone who helped fill the bus, pick up the food, drivers, ALL volunteers!

It was another successful year!

The Fort St John Huskies have had a couple busy weekends - November 25th saw the pups in Dawson Creek  skating to a 3 to 2 win.  Scoring for the Huskies were Captain Cody Hildebrand, Robbie Sidhu and Jamie Watson all with one a piece.

November 26th saw them in Beaverlodge winning by a score of 11 - 3.  Scoring for the home team was Brighton Campbell with a hat trick, Robbie Sidhu with 2 goals, and singles to Cole Calliou, Trenton Forschner, Jordan Gies, Blair Karasiuk, Wyatt Anderson and Dave Marshell. 

December 2nd the team travelled to Beaverlodge for another match up with the Blades.  This game the score was 11 - 6.  Shawn Holliday lead the way with 4 goals, Blair Karasiuk had 2 and singles to Cody Poggenpohl, Jamie Watson, Cody Hildebrand, Robbie Sidhu and Dayne Pedersen. 

December 3rd they were on the road again to Grande Prairie where they ran out of steam in the third period.  Scoring for the Huskies were Shawn Holliday and Dylan Houle. 

The Huskies next see action in Fort St John on Friday December 9th against the Peace River Navigators, game time 8 PM.

The Fort St John Huskies started out their weekend with a "win" to Beaverlodge.  Beaverlodge was unable to make it due to travel problems. 

The pups travelled to Sexsmith Saturday night and came away with an 8 - 5 win.  Scoring for the Huskies were Robbie Sidhu with 2, and singles going to Cody Hildebrand, Tylar Bestward, Jaxon Glass, Jordan Gies, Blair Karasiuk and  Dave Marshell. 

Sunday afternoon showed the Huskies playing a very defensive game.  Final score was 4 - 3 in favour of the Navigators.  Scoring for the Huskies were Jamie Watson, Cody Hildebrand asnd Brighton Campbell.

The Fort St John Huskies have a very busy weekend coming up - On Friday night they play the Beaverlodge Blades at home at 8 PM.  Saturday sees them travelling to Sexsmith for another 8 PM contest with the Vipers.  Sunday afternoon the Peace River Navigators are at the NP Arena at 2 PM.  See you there.
